It might not. My post was not a reply to your heating post. But give it a try anyway.

RAM booster feature is only useful if the phone has UFS4.0. Otherwise it'll slow down the phone, as the internal storage is significantly slower than the RAM.

You should go for redmi 12 pro 5g instead 13pro .. I'm using it for past 6m no heating issues better RAM memory allocation
