Yes as per T&C you will get it. And, also if you didn't perform you first repeat recharge of this month you will get 30+100=130 cash back.
But remember one thing you would have brought something from Amazon before 9 Oct except recharge, bill payment, DTH.
Means ordered any item in past before 9 Oct.
