These two are completely different products.
There's Smart Watch & there's Smart Band.
Mi Band 4, Realme Band, etc are Smart Bands.
Realme Watch is a Smart Watch.

Smart Watch have a bigger display and lot more features. Smart Bands have just few basic features, a smaller screen and provide only simple functions.
