This is good initiative atleast now Hari Om like OTT platform can run digital channel on this platform and earn basic audience and generate revenue.
I guess Shemaroo would be the first one to participate in this followed by Dangal and Enterrr10.

Well it's another way of getting into DTV kind of operations - and this has a huge potential in future. So very right steps - especially now DD can actual start beaming in HD and 4K with no support required from other Service Providers to carry it's best signals. Plus both Digital TV and Radio can get combined with Free access - supported by ad revenue. Very nice move finally by Prasar Bharati and GOI.
