Post FUP speed. Once you use (DL/UL data) of 200-300GB (defined limit of your plan), you'll get 512 kbps speed.

Also, the speeds are parallel, you get same upload speed as download which BSNL Bharat Fiber misses out.

Bharat fiber is a scam. I enquired atleast 6-7 times about it and BSNL keeps denying that fiber is laid in my area. I checked BBNL site to see if fiber work is done and to my surprise is shows the work is done so it's BSNL that's reluctant to provide any connections to rural areas. The government should really let private companies or lcos to use their infrastructure than giving BSNL the job to provide the connections.

I'm paying 1450 including taxes for 10Mbps UL. I'll review them soon. I get 1ms ping to the local server which i don't want to miss out on

And i thought our village has most expensive internet though we are paying 1/3 of it for 12 Mbps

Bharat fiber is a scam. I enquired atleast 6-7 times about it and BSNL keeps denying that fiber is laid in my area. The government should really let private companies or lcos to use their infrastructure than giving BSNL the job to provide the connections.

West Bengal has cheap internet anyway. The only reason i went for it is because I don't like being restricted with FUP. Otherwise there are 50mbps plans for 1k.

My LCO would gladly love to use the infrastructure provided by the govt. BSNL goons can kill themselves with their lies and fake promises. Anyway enough with the internet talks. I am not financially in such a state that i can't afford this plan. I don't pay for 4G so this is okay. Maybe in future they will reduce the prices or increase the data.

You're only considering metros like Hyderabad, Bengaluru and Chennai but not tier 2 and tier 3 cities. Previously i had cheaper plan when i lived in the city because there were 4 ISPs there. Still nowhere near as cheap as metros. Anyway reliability is also highly important which i have right now. What's the point of having good speeds and constant down times?

You've already read my post on Jio where i had stated i didn't get any network in my area. For people like me who rely heavily on internet LCOs are the last option. Thankfully they cover the entire district.
