Both Are Best....Choose Any one ! Hp Given genuine Windows With Extra Ram, Blue tooth is No Major Issue :huh ,

I would say HP..It gives original Windows and 4GB ram...Looks cool than Dell.........I you really need Bluetooth than Dell
