This happens when the person who sends the message in the group is not online.Once he is online you will see all the messages.Nothing to worry about your own connection.

It's not either network or blocking issue.

The issue is there since chat encryption came. Whenever you'll reset your Whatsapp by clearing all data.the issue will arise.

It'll take time to activate encryption. Mostly in 2 days after resetting problem gets solved.
