So this is a prescription of one of my medicine. I have got all the medicines. Only this one is bugging me. Even three pharmacist has given up.

Actually my brother got kidney transplant and in process you have to to meet everyday doctor dialysis process and medicine everyday so I am not doctor but have little bit knowledge I have btech degree from Panjab University and alone in world with my father my breath in this world
