Micromax TV's are cheaper than LG. but I have heard that Micromax TV's are also good if compared with LG

LG TV's are superb.
Their setting is very easy to access
The remote is also quite good
I have a LG TV


HD ready- 1280 x 720 (720P)
full HD - 1920x 1080 (1080P)

Full HD are better than HD ready
That's why they are a bit costlier than HD ready

full HD led's comes in two versions,
1080i
1080P
 
At 32 inch, HD ready is just fine. We'll notice the picture difference only at bigger screen size. If you are considering buying above 32 inch, go for full HD.

As for the model, +1 for LG.
