Looks like you tried for split payment (Fuel wallet + Paytm UPI) which is not supported.

Split payment is possible only on payments within Paytm wallet.

Last month, I paid ₹407 from fuel wallet and remaining from Paytm wallet.

I have seen that coming, previously they were charging 50/months for lifetime as intro offer but then device stopped working when replaced they are now charging 125/month. They cheat poor street vendors with such tactics.
