Seeking Help Paytm fastag not activated

I have ordered for Paytm fastag and received it but still not activated. It is going to be a month since I ordered it. How to make them avlctivate, members kindly help

Login into Paytm app...open fasttag...there is button/option to activate.

That option is not showing on my account

Just now I have received paytm fastag and thinking of activating that but I surprised to see it is Pre activated. Checked fastag manage Account, it shows active. Do I need any further process?

Check whether the code on sticker and app is same. Then recharge start using
