Jasprit Bumrah is likely to miss the group stages of the Champions Trophy due to swelling on his back.

The pacer has been asked to report to the National Cricket Academy in Bengaluru, where his recovery will be monitored.

Bumrah is expected to be fully fit by the first week of March and could be available for the semifinals and final.

ACB Name Squad for the ICC Champions Trophy 2025

Kabul, January 12, 2025: The Afghanistan Cricket Board’s National Selection Committee today finalized the Afghanistan National Team’s squad for the upcoming ICC Champions Trophy, which is scheduled to be played from February 19 to March 09 this year in Pakistan and UAE.
