bro blind cricket or any other Sports person are not famous as ICT members are.... they hold celebrity status so targeting them would make more sense then targeting blind cricket team..... 2ndly ICC has already invested by giving money to PCB for upgrading Stadiums so if ICT doesn't participate in CT it will huge loss for both ICC and PCB as many advertisers will pull out even host broadcaster STAR might not telecast pull out and ask refund from ICC... PCB have no option they have to agree ICT to play in a neutral venue or face huge losses as BCCI has nothing to lose

that claim is based on perception/theory only else white people are more concerned about security and all other nations of the world are touring Pakistan including other sporting team of India , only Indians cricket players have security issues which is hilarious.

As I already told that comparatively more terrorist attacks happened in India compared to Pakistan but sporting events never stopped

PCB even offered air travel offer after match from Stadium to India if stay is an issue but as i already told that its not an issue.
