Here some agents do this too at almost same rate but there is a trick. They makes some errors(i think intentionally), and as a result you get wrong info in PAN card so to correct them you have to approach to them again, so double money. Just ask him whether he is doing it or not  :lol

In my area it cost 70 to 90 .. Ethu Ena PAN card ah ela Paal (Milk) card ah lol ..
Translate: Is This a PAN card or Milk consumed notification card ..

go to NSDL agent. actual cost rs 110 only. if u go for online than courier charge extra.
