No I am afraid that change of imei may b sim can block

Even I had that issue. After removing the SIM and putting it back resolved the issue for me on Oneplus 3.

Nothing like that bro. I have changed my sim to other phone on day 1, nothing happened. Many tech blogs too confirmed nothing wrong happens by it.

Many times the signal goes and comes.. and cc is saying network is under trial and optimization..

Jio Sim only works when data service selected for the same sim. If you select data service of other sim in dual phone, Jio will not show network.
