Seeking Help No audio using hdmi arc

Guys I received my samsung 2.1 soundbar ..I have connected to hdmi arc port in my tv but there is no audio output from tv, it shows hdmi arc intermittently then showing tv spkr

Please help

Have you tried any other HDMI cable or other Arc port

Can you tell me what video source you are using? Is it DTH, OTT via streaming device, OTT via built-in TV OS?

Yes I checked tv manual, changed the port and restarted, it worked!

Quick question, under digital audio output which mode should I select? Auto, pcm, Dolby digital, dd+?

Depends on your sound bar if it's supports Dolby or not, select accordingly or Auto.
