I wish something like this was available for my state. Forget about meals one egg here cost ₹7 itself.

Agree. Vote for TMC or it's ideological allie in next legislation election.It's not a surprise that terms like Fiscal deficit exist only on papers in India.Anyway it is still better than paying 20k as road tax for pot hole filled roads,possibly highest tax on everything as i am paying in Bangalore

It's not new scheme in India.
Lots of states like Tamilnadu(amma canteen) , Madhya Pradesh (Din Dayal Rasoi) , Rajasthan (scheme name forgotten) has seen this type of scheme before. Maybe its a masterstroke from TMC govt right now just before election but it will be super beneficial for needy people. I hope and wish there will be no cut money related issue will be involved here.

so after bjp baised r. bangla upcoming lauch channel now tmc biased india news bangla on the line of upcoming news channel ( i say india news bangla as tmc biased coz tag line or under logo line joy bangla which is tag slogan of tmc leaders)

in the wake of pendemic govt of west bengal issue new advisory which will effect from tommorow.
all local trains will stop from tommorow.
