Bengal requires a governor like Gopalkrishna Gandhi. Not like Dhankar. He knew how to handle situation before it goes out of hand. I expected more from CV Ananda Bose.

TBH Governor has a little say on how the states are run.Governor post is ceremonial,retired bureaucrats with good relationship with center and politicians who needs to be sidelined are given the post of governor.States like WB have mainstreamed violence in politics.It's such a shame that 2 states i.e WB and Kerala who have been dominated by communists who are perceived beacons of intellectualism have such a pre neanderthal mentality when it comes to democracy .

I personally like President rule in nation like America enough of party ruled nation where President is puppet of pm.

Communists are the reason for so much violence. I have seen more violence when cpim was in power in the villages near my home. But that time there was no private channels to cover those news. When tmc came to power, same cpim workers joined tmc. I agree with @iDJ bro. Nothing will happen with regime change. It's the mentality need to be changed

Yes! The future Generation of west bengal is really doomed here.No Party BJP/CPIM/Congress cant even change this scenario. Massive reformation is needed in Ground level. People's mentality need to be changed. Common people(Lower education group-Lower Income group) prefer Party Politics(24*7worker) ober Job or business.
