I wonder which Congress Netaji is going to get benefitted from this.On a serious note,there is big issue of street dog menace in Bangalore.Daily there are reports of Dog bites from various areas.

They don't have mom and dad to care for. This is literally feeding the orphans. They are abused every day. They are beaten, thrown stones and taunted. Sadly, they can't cry and moan about human abuses like humans do about some dog bites.

When govt. can spend on feeding them surely they can build some kind of shelter houses for these dogs which atleast can keep them safe and prevent their unrestricted breeding.There are kids who have been mauled by these street dogs,think about them too.I am not saying that eliminate the dogs but control them and create an environment for them to get adopted by pet lovers(not some nonsense NCR guy who keeps pitbull).
