Still no Idea what the criteria is. I was sharing netflix with my friends. but decided to go solo as the number of devices and users at my home increased. So created a new account and subscribed the ultra hd plan for a month. From 10th Day into the plan, I started receiving the offer on 3 devices. Payment failed many times due to cookies issue when used ICICI card. Later shifted to HDFC and made the payment
