How about giving Hotstar content at half the price to US people ? I am sure they will be amazed by the discount. :)
Hotstar can be a free platform and still be in profit in India. Same can't be done in a smaller market like US. Hopefully, Hotstar content comes complimentary with Disney Plus in US.

Don't mistake me. Those content are made for them. Their taste, their culture and their way of life. I am trying to imply that we should support the people who do the same for us.

Why can't we support both? I support Netflix as well as TVF.

No hope on adding indianized contents. They don't even add regional audio...
I think Netflix will never gain upper hand on indianized content over the Amazon or Hotsar..because mostly rights will bought by them.

With similar view -- hypo e.g --iPhone took long to realize the indian market but at the same time it has open trend for the price hike for others viz, samsung, Oneplus.

I think same will happen in near future with Netflix towards their pricing along with more regional content.
Personally I don't want OTT platform to meet the same fate like of Telecom wherein every provider has the same price tag with few features here and there.

Remember the " Sultan " movie ? If it is all white men, it will fail in India. You need Sultan to win in India, no matter how hyped you are overseas.
