In my opinion cashbacks are just one way to cheat us.

Everytime we see cashbacks missed for few users and if they tend to forget they are at loss.

I don't understand why they frame offer such that cashbacks are given after 2-3 months and they provide limited time support for issues with it.

yes, Only instant cashback is good. these cash backs needs to be carefully handled and followed up, else we would be the looser.
