Is there any contact in Bangalore to escalate the installation issue?

I booked the Xtream Fiber last Friday 8th Nov for the 399 Black Plan and specifically informed the Sales Guy Vinod that I don't want Airfiber
He agreed and informed me that they would pull the fiber from the next lane
I made a payment of 2500 with zero Installation charges due to Mobile postpaid connection

After that there is no update on the installation, the installation date per the Thanks app already passed. Installation Engineer per App doesn't not answer phone

Also Vinod told me that 2500 can be fully utilized for the plan, However, I got a msg that only Rs 2000 is available to use.
Vinod doesn't answer the phone now

Bro, I think they are deliberately ignoring the installation and holding up your money for some reason.

While I don't have any contact of Bangalore team to share. You can mail the Airtel India Broadband escalation team on the following email address: net (at) airtel (dot) com

You need to share the same thing that you mentioned here along with your contact (mobile) number. Within the next few days, someone will call from Airtel customer experience team to resolve your issue.

Their escalation mail will not work.i have sent repeated mail and call but zero result.ixf you have airtel store nearby your area then go and try to escalate the issue

Hi @Bapun bro, thanks for checking. :)
No progress yet, I drop the email to the email id, no response. Also called the 9560911911 number. They say to call 121 which is damm useless. Thinking of Going to Airtel store today
I will post the update.
Thanks again!

Hey @Bapun bro, finally got the call from the Installation Engineer, he said pulling fiber from the next Lane won't be possible, (whereas the Sales Guy assured me that fiber can be extended and he has confirmed with the installation team)
He offered me AirFiber, which I rejected, and asked him to cancel the connection. Later, I got a message that wifi installation is cancelled and I would get a refund.
Such Bad tactics from Airtel to get customers onboarded for AirFiber and such a lazy attitude.. not responding or responding after a week

This is typcial case of Airtel and Jio mismanagement bro. 😵

The sales person got his chunk of commission due to your payment, that's all he wanted. They (sales person) don't give a s#!t about installation or service because that's not their part of work.

By the way, pulling fiber from the next lane and installing a FAT box in the nearby might be sounding like an easy job but in these corporate telecom companies (namely Airtel and Jio) it's a tedious job. 🥴 First they need to plan the fiber mapping on their internal system. Then the required budget will be allocated. After that the construction team will be getting the materials and the FAT comes specifically for planned area/electricity pole, they do numbering on it and install it.

With all that said I doubt whether even the sales person have any idea about this whole process. 😐 Again, they care only about their sales target and commission after every successful payment.

I Understand, however Sales guy was so confident about it (or say faking about it :D). When Tata Fiber came to our lane, they just needed 3 connections from the locality to pull the fiber. They did the installation, took two cables ( primary and backup) above buildings and from existing poles to our building, and installed the 8 port distribution box in just 2 days.

Looks like Airtel and Jio have convoluted the whole process to streamline it. however, it just slows or hinders the whole process.

@alamodein bro, did you got Airtel Fiber installed?

I am coming from here 👇
Got both the offers in Thanks app today. I am in 999 plan.
