Yes bro.. Animation effects are changed now.. Feels a lot more polished and smoother... Now we can say they are in final stages and during January nougat will hit samsung high end devices...

They have fixed long time existed bugs too and some restrictions like samsung cloud not working are lifted now and those things works fine now...

Overall a good update... Battery life also great!

UI has been changed totally with Nougat update. But no UI changes with this beta 4 update.

They have also renamed touchwiz ui name to samsung experience and SE8 is the UI version currently. Guess SE9 will be its final version naming.

They customize the UI totally and make different than android stock UI as you know. So they did the same with Nougat too. Just removed many bloatwares and made as smoother as stock android, this time. Feels great. Greater than Marshmallow touchwiz UI.
