It turned red to greyish white UI now, right? I always wonder why android updates with same things come much before than iOS apps. Is it so difficult to develop both at once? Every app gets updated this way.

Hardly anyone use iOS as Android rules here. If it was USA then iOS app will definitely comes faster than its Android equivalent.

So Target market define which app will come fast

There are still several apps that release iOS update first followed by Android.
