Bro, just click on the '3 lines' at the left side top. Then the menu will appear & we can see 'Recharge' option like this :

Already tried that, not available on my one plus 3.
I am using 6.4 version of Flipkart app (updated on 20 Jun 2018) and no updates are available as of now.
