I used app and you can recharge your registered mobile no only.
You have to use it at sharp 9:00, 10:00, or 11:00. Minutes before or after it will show you error message HOURLY LOOT IS OVER. so use on perfect time.
And you can only use it once per account

How Can I Know Paytm's Accurate Time ???
Because I Tried Continuously between 8:58 to 9:02 but Got One Message LOOT IS OVER...
Also tried 5 or 6 times at Sharp 9:00 am !

Accurate time is sharp 9:00, 10:00, 11:00, 12:00......

You can't use it on 9:59 or 10:01 as you will get error message HOURLY LOOT IS OVER.
So i will suggest you to fill your details couple of minutes before and use promo code at sharp 10:00 as it can be used for only first 2500 transitions per hour.

As I said it is for only first 2500 persons only and at time may be thousands are waiting for transition so you need luck also.
