Yes, I noticed but even after increasing balance, I get maximum Rs 20 - Rs 30 Cashback offers, whereas some people have reported Flat Rs 75 Cashback here too.

I am not sure. Try at your own risk. Consider this gamble of ₹1. I accidentally bought the voucher without looking at the expiry date. It worked for me.
