I too had both offers, but on 17-Apr-2020 when I did a payment of Rs 35, I got Rs 35 cashback but the second offer (Rs 20) vanished immediately, apparently as I had already done my "First transaction" of the month. Hence I was able to use only 1 offer.

This is certainly an account specific offer, but try your luck guys. I'm surprised as till yesterday I had got SAFE10 (Rs 10 CB on Rs 10 payment) and again got this NOW20 today.
