How long does it take to earn the cash back? I used Amazon pay UPI for the first time today since this offer was there. Sent money to two different accounts. The transactions are not showing up on recent list too.

Same problem with my transaction also. Customer service said that some issue are going on with their API, transactions will be displayed in 24 hours and Cashback/offers will be credited in 3 days.

Edit: I have the screenshot of successful transaction message will all details as proof so that they cannot deny in future

Man what a bummer! At first i tried sending Rs.1 to my own bank account which didn't work. I knew it wouldn't but still gave it a shot. That failed transaction shows up for some reason but the next 2 successful ones haven't been updated. I contacted CC just like you. They said it will be credited within 3 days. Hope they do. Probably issue with few accounts only since not all have reported it.

I also received cashback as soon as payment made. Both cashback and amount debit message arrived at same time.

Freecharge has gone berserk. These notifications are popping up on all devices. Even I got SANTA20, but its not applicable on both my accounts. When asked Freecharge support, they tell to check if you have got email, only then it is applicable.

I hope they are not going down the Paytm way to try to fool customers (Promocode does NOT get applied, but users may ignore and proceed to pay. Later, they wont get any cashback).

ADTV minimum recharge is Rs 50. However, FreeCharge and AmazonPay still require you to enter a minimum amount of Rs 100. Why? I guess they haven't updated the minimum recharge amount of ADTV as it was recently revised from Rs 100 to Rs 50.

I have observed that Paytm allows Rs 50 for ADTV but there are no assured cashback offers on Paytm ever these days. And so does Airtel on their own Selfcare / Airtel app.

So it's been 3 days since this flash sale and have not yet received the 75 cash back. They had assured me that i'd get it within 3 days when i contacted them on Friday and today i had a chat with their executive and they arranged for a call back. Some lady then called me and it was a 5 min long conversation and it's quite shocking that these executives are not aware of these offers. It took them a while just to figure out what i was talking about and then she apparently escalated this issue to the cash back team who will contact me some time this week. If the cash back isn't credited by Friday then they asked me to call again on Saturday. What a joke
