Yes, this is their usual reply. I had disputed this once. If registered email address has NOT received the email, then why did the notification appear on my phone? I had sent email to [email protected] and they replied that I had used another Freecharge account on Web Browser or any other app (I paid at dominos) using that same phone, hence it comes as a notification on that phone. Kinda weird though.

I think they don't know what's they doing with their app. Poor customer care and low success rates in recharges/payments leads them collapse very soon.

All this started from the time they sold themselves to Snapdeal. Once they had 100% Cashback offer up to Rs 200 for purchases at Snapdeal. I used that offer, and paid by FreeCharge. You know what they did? They "credited cashback" to the phone number in my delivery address (it was ofcourse not my Freecharge registered number). When I raised a ticket, some arrogant guy called me and said that because your delivery address had that phone number, you will get in that number only. This, in spite of me SIGNING IN and paying with my freecharge registered number. I fought with them and finally they credited Rs 200 to my correct number. But what an experience!
