I did FreeCharge KYC today. Thought to do before but never did. Wallet reopened. Let's see if i get better offers now.

This message appears since long on opening my FC account /app but in real account is active alongwith all other things properly working. No issue in receiving cashback or using wallet money. Do recharge once in 90 days to avoid deactivation of wallet, same happens in PhonePe if it is left unused for 1 year

Yes account is ofcourse active. You can't deposit money to FC wallet to recharge without bank/card without completing this KYC. That's the only change.

May be directly loading is not allowed without KYC compliance but i face never faced issue loading wallet/transacting while opting for making payment using FC on 3rd party app. I never load wallet directly, this is not needed as i can simply use debit/credit card option for recharge apart from using current wallet balance

Also cashback is received without any hassle almost instantly or within stipulated period mentioned under T&C
