Yeah, something was messed up when I took the connection. Two Work Orders were created! I called the customer care to get one removed from my account. However, they said it's not a problem since one is showing "Pending". Now, I will talk to them again.How u have 2 Sub ID, u have 2 accounts with TS ??? Its not possible unless u have 2 accounts and if u did by RMN it will show pending as it wont know which ID to recharge. Even miss call features of TS doesnt work with RMN if it has more than 1 ID linked to it
