How u have 2 Sub ID, u have 2 accounts with TS ??? Its not possible unless u have 2 accounts and if u did by RMN it will show pending as it wont know which ID to recharge. Even miss call features of TS doesnt work with RMN if it has more than 1 ID linked to it

Yeah, something was messed up when I took the connection. Two Work Orders were created! I called the customer care to get one removed from my account. However, they said it's not a problem since one is showing "Pending". Now, I will talk to them again.

When u log in to mytatasky.com with RMN does it show 2 ID's ??? if yes then ask them to fix it ASAP

Yes it does. I called them earlier for this, they said it's not a problem and the second one will automatically be gone after few days. However, it's still there in Pending status. I'm right now chatting with them.

Then recharge using sub id
