@Gobinaath bro, even if I don't want to open payment payments bank account, but want to use wallet (for which KYC is mandatory), still it forcefully asks for PAN number. I think that's unfair. Free charge, AmazonPay don't ask for it mandatorily while doing KYC.

It was a super offer made dishtv recharge upto 100% cheap.
But now i think it has been removed .
Or may be removed till only holi.(like they removed for new year)
But that get 5 section is totally remove so less chance.
