Was it allowed before? Just asking because I thought it's not fair to have multiple accounts and use new user benefits by creating new accounts every time with a new number.

No it is not allowed before. Airtel also doesn't allow more than one Airtel money wallet. Now it's clear that it's a RBI regulation

Bro it will be new policy of freecharge. They are not accepting promo code if anybody registered more than one account on their phones. This error happened for me looks like same.

Bro it will be new policy of freecharge. They are not accepting promo code if anybody registered more than one account on their phones. This error happened for me looks like same.

It's not Freecharge policy, it's RBI's policy and every financial institution has to abide by with it. And with recent supreme court directive to add aadhar with mobile number it will be much easier to track multiple wallet account
