There's no specification of Max Cash back in the terms bro. Only minimum transaction amount only specified.

Its available now. I did check in the morning. I had to do 2 recharges, I checked the max CB and couldn't find. So did DTH recharge of 510 to get 15% but got only 50. May be I missed it or they have added the point now.
