The promotional offer is valid from 21st January, 2015 to 31st March, 2015. (“Offer Period”)
The promotional offer is open for all Indian citizens who are above the age of 18 years.
To avail the promotional offer, the user needs to buy a Kwality Walls Cornetto with a scratch window on the cone lid. The user needs to scratch the window on the cone lid to find a unique code beneath.
Users need to enter the unique code on https://paytm.com/cornetto in order to avail a Rs. 10 recharge for pre-paid mobiles and Rs. 10 bill payment for post-paid mobiles, any time during the Offer Period.
The unique codes are only valid on Paytm.com.
A Paytm user can redeem a maximum of 3 promo codes during the offer
A Number can be recharged/paid bill for, for a maximum of 3 times during the offer.
In case someone wants to recharge/pay bill for more than Rs 10, they will have to pay the balance amount (Recharge amount - Rs 10) to be able to proceed with the order
A promo code can only be used once.
In case of failure, the promo code can be re-used
Airtime rewards cannot be exchanged for cash and are not transferable.
HUL shall not be liable for any delay in crediting of the minutes into the Participant’s account.
Participation in this Campaign is free, voluntary and at the sole discretion of the Consumer. By participating in this Promotional Offer, the User fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts the Terms and Conditions as well as the decisions of HUL and/or the Technology Partner, which shall be final and binding in all matters related to the Offer.
The talk time credited into a User’s account will be subject to conditions specified by the respective telecom operator.
HUL or its partners shall not be liable for any delay in crediting of the talk time into the User’s account.
HUL shall not be responsible for downtime on services rendered by the Telecom operators / provider that may occur for any reason whatsoever including without limitation due to decisions and / or changes in regulations that are carried out by TRAI, DoT or any other regulatory body.
HUL or its Technology Partner shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to act of God, governmental actions, other force majeure circumstances and shall not be liable to pay any amount as compensation or otherwise for any other such loss.
HUL reserves the right to alter, modify or change any terms and conditions herein or modify/change, discontinue, terminate, withdraw the offer at any time during the Offer Period at its sole discretion without prior notice or assigning any reason.
All disputes with respect to this Offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts or forums in Mumbai only.
