I am trying to add Rs. 250 in my freecharge wallet using code LOAD250 but I am getting error message as "Invalid Code." Is anyone else facing this problem?

Yes, i am also facing the problem. Beside,in new WP app i don't found option for adding the coupon.

Bro use browser to login to freecharge acc, then go to wallet option to add money, enter ₹ 200 or above to add, tap to bottom the apply promocode LOAD250. Continue payment. Remember, one time per user.

In freecharge Android app, applying of promocode is available. Just look for this statement "Have a freefund code?" Click on it and you will get option to enter the promo code.

But, alas for me the coupon states as "invalid code". I might try in the web version if it get applies there.

try to add money using Freecharge website only

& freefund code option is for getting free voucher/cashback balance
