I always do it for Paytm,mobikwik and my problem will be solved with in minutes to a couple of hours.

I always contacted freecharge through email, from my experience freecharge has best customer care right from beginning.

bro, Freecharge sends replies for mails after 2 to 3 days in case of me.
very bad experience with Freecharge
my total 299 rupees are with Freecharge
they didn't added in wallet.
there is no customer care number too:)

They are replying to every person every second.
Hope you get a positive response there.

Iam a freecharge user since their inception. I used to get physical coupons delivered for my recharges in those days :D

Freecharge needs to add,in app support like Mobikwik..just raise ticket & gets resolution through mails..

also try to introduce toll free number like pockets

To handle toll free facility..they will need more staff to attend calls as early as possible..while through ticket, they gets time to respond..
