I always got cash back within some minutes itself
but this time due to 20% cashback, they taken time to credit it

Good thing this , I used my wallet balance & In my Wallet I Add 500₹ with 50₹ Cashback ( with use of Special Code )
Means On 497₹ Recharge , I Got 50₹ + 99₹ = 149₹ Cashback...

Well bro,
I am using mobikwik since 2014 end
still I didn't faced much issue with it but one time, my Rs.400 recharge was failed & they added it after a month after several complaints to mobikwik & after that, I was deleted it
but from June 2015, I started to use it again

the main problem of mobikwik is that, its not allowing cashback transfer to other account & bank transfer is only Rs.500 with extra 4% charges.
they should release these restrictions
also they needs toll free helpline number
