In here negativism is different. Many people faced lots of inconvenience because of Micromax. You can go to gsmarena and twitter. And see just post of last year itself. People gave chances to this brand and faced heavy losses from buying both it's TVs and phones. And went through horrible experience at service centres. That's why Micromax lost it's market share. Defending a brand without knowing it's notorious past is really acting like a sheep. Market leader one year than nowhere in next 4 years shows how people lost faith in them. People lost their hard earned money so keep this lecture to negativity to oneselves.
They have three factories. These 3 are Bhiwadi( Rajasthan), Utarkhand, Telengana. All these are respective state in India. In a interview with Gadjets360 he said that the phone will have 50-60% local content while rest will be sourced from China, Korea and Taiwan depending on products.
If they want they can try without China completely and source some of the components from Korea or Taiwan.
They should be customer friendly and let people know before hand from where their piece is being imported. Here a person would be expecting a Micromax off patriotism. Imagine the disappointed he would feel getting a China manufactured device.
