It's common issue with Prime Video. Even if you have L1 certification, it doesn't guarantee HD playback. The brand will have to work with Amazon to enable it for the device.

it's universal truth now. I know I am demanding much but If they provide atleast one major upgrade and timely security patch then I will be happy.
my Note 5 pro gave 2 major Android upgrade
