Urgent question. Should i do latest update of mitv 4a or stay at the current one?

I have an issue. When I switch off certain Fan switches in my house, my Mi TV shuts down. Totally 3 switches have this issue. Not always, very rarely and randomly. But that is enough to damage the TV. I even used a Vguard computer UPS. But it flashes for a second and TV goes off. Main power and main UPS are stable at this time. Any idea how to fix this ? Thanks.

A new update waiting since noon 700 + MB.

They call it the December security patch. Addressing

1. Amazon Prime
2. Data saver
3. Fix for HDMI errors

Anyone else got this ?

Yes, but couldn't update. As it is goddamn slow for me for some reason.

I am sure you noticed that my TV model is Mi TV 4A 43 inch, the video has a different model.

I went with the update. Everything looks just like before. Even my customisations on the home screen. I will try casting tomorrow. People are talking about Miracast coming back. Though I didn't see any indication, let me see if it is hidden somewhere.

It's coming back before end of March.

Guys I'm completely fed up with mi TV 55 as there is no official update yet which allows me to watch Netflix, Amazon prime and sony liv for various reasons. I have also raised an issue with consumer forum but seems no support from anyone. Please help as I have already paid 40k for the tv and from past 2+ years I am paying membership of almost all applications but unable to watch most of them on tv. Also what's 4k in it?? Even YouTube cannot play 4k content. It open cheating from their end.
