Good News Live TV added on Fire TV Home Page

Probably going forward other OTT apps will be supported as well and their live channels will also be listed. Sony, Zee, Discovery apps have live tv channels, Star is one major broadcaster which is missing this option.

I know bro...all apps there with premium subscription in my fire stick but only voot allow for live tv option in fire stick....but my guessing before 15th October few more apps allow live tv in fire stick....

How many channels we can access by Voot login?

Only 6 channels...this is free to air..

There are more free news channels on voot.
Can access them inside voot app without premium account.
Not sure why these free channels not added in Live TV

Voot premium subscriber get all 35 channels in live tv in fire stick.

Someone tried this with Voot Premium if they get all channels on Home Page. I want to make sure before subscribing Premium

Few Star Live channels also available in Hotstar VIP..Likes of Star Plus, Star Suvarna, Star Pravah...No Sports live channels although it shows in the lineup...

I think the TV apps that were updated recently(Sept 23rd) in Fire TV does include the support for Live TV and that includes Disney+Hotstar as well.

Can expect similar updates from the other apps as well pretty soon I guess.

Didn't checked earlier..So I am not aware of it... BTW I have premium subscription in Tatasky Binge plus box...But sadly tatasky is blocking live channels in apps...So any other premium users may check for live channels and update here...

If I am not wrong Star India's live channels are not part of Hotstar's streaming plans. It is only meant for Jio and Tata Sky users.
