No it's not available in 399/699 plans, it's available from 999 plan

How to login to zee5 on my mobile using userid [email protected] which is being displayed on JIO STB asking for password.
On the Jio STB it is asking to enter my mobile number when I tried to do that it is telling me that mobile number already exists (I previously had a zee5 account which is expired now)
Unable to login on both devices, every time it is asking to update my mobile number on STB.
Please help.

You can login through your RMN only in Zee5/any other app.
Check login through phone number and there select forgot password/login through OTP.

Even reinstalling the app can solve the purpose.

Even reinstalling the app can solve the purpose.

Uninstalled and reinstalled the app and used my other mobile number (non RMN) solved the problem. Thanks for all the help.
