No, Jio fiber doesn't provide subscription of DiscoveryPlus. It's not even present in the JioFiber yet as a separate app but it's marginal contents are only accessible through JioTv+ app.

Discovery plus is available only through Jiotv+ app.. and that too only 4-5 shows are there. No separate app.

Eros now is also available through Jiotv+ app. Separate app is also present but its subscription is not included in jio ott free apps options.

They should make simplified subscription through the dedicated app which will subsequently reflect into JioTv+ just like Hotstar VIP, Zee5 Premium, Sony Liv Premium and now Voot Select.
