What is the Connection between LOGO size and New Channel Addition

Might be something to do with new tariff. To notify users about addition of new channels. DPO's have to increase the size of their logo before addition of a channel.
Edit : They also have to reduce the size when a channel is being removed. Soon d2h's logo might disappear from screen.
