Bro, if the PQ is not good, why is that you have taken the IPTV Box ? is it only for OTT ?

Actually I have taken iptv box for Star 4K and some other 4k channels, but Airtel not provides 4K channels till date. I have ACT fiber also, they provides OTT benefits(Netflix,hotstar,Zee5, Sony Liv, Sunnxt & Etvwin) with 100mbps @ Rs.799/-, which are not in Airtel 100 mbps @ Rs.799/-.
I expects that Airtel can provide better PQ in iptv over DTH before upgrade, later i'm disappointed.

Understood. Even i also just want OTT apps and not TV channels, but Airtel doesnt have a standalone OTT + Fiber Plan. Hence i am using the base Rs 499 plan.

I will downgrade to 499/- from 699/- plan after IPL, I have already upgraded hotstar (ACT) HD to 4K plan as no hope from Airtel iptv for 4K sports channel and poor PQ in SD channels (watching News channels)

I have JioFiber connection as well. I used JioFiber wifi to connect the Airtel IPTV box and then played Jiotv+ channels. It works perfectly fine.

Don't come to conclusion by calling it "not true" without knowing the whole scenario.

S we need jio network to be connected for jio tv+ to work. Mostly many like us will be having only one network. you didn't make any mention about jio network to be connected for jio tv+ to work. thats what i pointed out

Sorry, currently all my dth are not recharged due to the poor quality and moved to ott and iptv services.

If anyone have a same channel screenshot from any dth, share here to compare it
