Sports18 is a satellite channel, so they can stream, if they have rights of the particular event.

How did you contact Jio TV+ ? Also, do you have the possibility to contact (on any email address) those from Jio TV (mobile application) ?

No i haven't contact anyone. i am asking the question.
Because IND VS BAN test i was getting above screen in JIOTV+ but it is actually telecasted in sports18 when i checked in DTH.
