Yes developer option is only enabling in jio fiber stb.

Zee5 requires pubads.g.doubleclick.net to be accessible for playing ads when playing channels like &tv etc. If you wish to see those channels, you can install adguard home locally and use that as the dns server. Just remember to add the following in custom filtering rules

@@||pubads.g.doubleclick.net^$important

Can you check sony network channels as well not playing in jiotv+ and zee5 and explore is playing after applying dns as well

For installation, you can see Instalation section of Home. To add the rule, you have to go to filters > custom filtering rules and then add the line in the text box

Sony channels on jiotv+ seems to be down at the moment. I am not able to play them on my jio phone as well

Installation of apk is not working through adb process. May be jio have blocked those options.

Yes, even though we can enable developer options, there is no option to enable adb.

Also I noticed that some settings when changed gets reverted on reboot. For example, I changed my screen saver to a simple clock. It got reverted to Jio's screensaver on reboot.
